We are currently only selling and shipping our products within the UK. We are working on expanding our offering to overseas customers and hope to launch this in the coming months.

Shipping costs for clothing and yoga mats depend on their weight, and the exact prices will be calculated at checkout. We provide free UK shipping for clothing orders over £100, but unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to yoga mats because of their high postage and weight. Any order that includes yoga mats will incur an extra shipping fee based on the total weight of the items.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return your chaYkra purchase for a refund or exchange, please contact hello@chaykra.com with your order number within 14 working days of item receipt. Alternatively, please contact us on +44 (0) 208 891 0837.
Customers will be responsible for returning the item and any postal charges incurred as a result.

Clothing Returns
A refund will only be issued once we have received the item and checked quality. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and still have labels attached.
Please note that returns after the 14-day time frame will not be accepted.
Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method.
If you have received a damaged product please contact us within 14 business days from the date of receipt. We will either issue a refund or send you a new item free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Mat Returns
Yoga mats must be in their original branded wrapper for returns to be accepted. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return due to hygiene reasons.
